Ally Harada is the Head of Finance and Operations at Azolla Ventures, where she is responsible for firm and fund strategy, finance, operations, investor relations, marketing, compliance and back-office oversight. Based in San Francisco, she was promoted to her current role in 2025, just two years after she joined as Azolla’s first non-investment hire. In the past 12 months Harada has institutionalized Azolla’s regulatory compliance and finance reporting processes for its Prime Impact Fund and Fund I portfolios, encompassing 33 companies to date. She also sits on the finance and accounting subcommittee of VIA, a community for high-performing back-office employees of venture firms.
