Thank you to our summer 2025 interns 👏 This summer, we were fortunate to welcome an outstanding group of interns to Azolla Ventures, each bringing energy and dedication to advancing climate solutions.
Sujay Dhanagare, a Duke University Master of Environmental Management candidate, worked with General Partner Amy Duffuor on a thesis about sustainable palm oil, contributing valuable insights by mapping the market and highlighting solutions with meaningful impact.
Shuvam Rizal, a Tufts University Master of Science in Sustainability candidate, collaborated with General Partner Johanna Wolfson on new approaches to evaluating impact for climate adaptation and resilience investments, helping broaden our focus beyond decarbonization.
Zach Sugerman, a Boston University Business Administration student, contributed as a pipeline intern by sourcing startups, joining pitches, updating data, and tracking climate tech trends, gaining firsthand experience in how venture capital can advance climate solutions.
We are grateful to Sujay, Shuvam, and Zach for their contributions and the rigor they brought to their work. Their efforts have strengthened our mission to support visionary founders building solutions to the climate crisis, and we look forward to seeing the impact they will continue to make!
