Cass Vickers

Cass Vickers is an Investment Associate at Azolla Ventures with the responsibility to source investment opportunities, research and develop theses to guide the investment pipeline, and support investment diligence. Cass joined Azolla Ventures from National Grid, one of the world’s largest utilities, where she held various roles in the innovation department building out first-of-a-kind demand response and electric vehicle utility programs. Her work at National Grid also involved improving the experience of utility customers, which trained her in design thinking and the art of a human-centered approach to problem-solving. Cass has been recognized as a GreenBiz 30 under 30 awardee and holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
